Term 4 Week 6 "Clock Out" Water slide, Baking and Milk

In Week 6, the Year 7s and 8s had a fun time baking, having a water slide and getting free MILK!

MILK!

We really like coming back to school, well I do. One afternoon we got given MILK! Some of us took more than 10 because some people didn't want any milk. It was very noice because we haven't had milk in at our school in a very long time. I have really enjoyed coming back at school.

Water Slide

Last week, we had a water slide and our classes were on the water slide - they were excited!
Our bubble got ready for the water slide. Only four people didn't join in because 1forgot there towel and couldn't join the rest didn't want to go on the water slide, even tho it was burning. Watch the people slide down look very fun, some of them even were being like a horse and a train it was so funny to watch them have an fun imagination.

Mike our caretaker of our school he is the best! He set up the water slide on the hill. The other classes went first, the only reason why our teachers let us on the water slide in the afternoon is because we didn't go on our trip to Wero.

NASA coloring book

Today we did a coloring about NASA, in cybersmart learning with Mr Goodwin our cybersmart teacher.

He is a really cool guy and it was pretty fun to do this coloring.

Cooking breakfast

Today my classmates, teacher and I all made eggs on toast. We got to choose if we could go live on Google Meet or not. I went live but kept turning my camera off and on. My classmates and teacher cooked the same thing.

One student cooked a beef sausage, pork slice, sirloin steak with eggs and toast that was Pita. Malachi cooked food for his family and he also made scrambled eggs, mushroom and ham - that was so kind of him to do that!

I liked how Pita was so patient because he made his brekky before he joined class. He waited outside while everyone else was cooking.
Our teacher made scrambled eggs on toast with spaghetti and bacon.

We had two guests today, Mrs Hamilton our Principal and Room 6 teacher, Ms Erick. It felt kind of like a dream kinda, it was so much fun.

Lastly I made scrambled eggs on a croissant because I had no bread to make toast. I hope we can do something like this again. :>

This is what my finished product kinda looked like (I didn't take a picture).

Hangi Feast

This is my explanation so far about "What is a hangi".

Mrs T, one of our Deputy Principals, has asked us to write an explanation about hangi. This is part of our te reo Maori learning for this term.

I like the vegetables in the hangi and the meat is so good!

I would love to hear your comments or questions.
