Cooking breakfast

Today my classmates, teacher and I all made eggs on toast. We got to choose if we could go live on Google Meet or not. I went live but kept turning my camera off and on. My classmates and teacher cooked the same thing.

One student cooked a beef sausage, pork slice, sirloin steak with eggs and toast that was Pita. Malachi cooked food for his family and he also made scrambled eggs, mushroom and ham - that was so kind of him to do that!

I liked how Pita was so patient because he made his brekky before he joined class. He waited outside while everyone else was cooking.
Our teacher made scrambled eggs on toast with spaghetti and bacon.

We had two guests today, Mrs Hamilton our Principal and Room 6 teacher, Ms Erick. It felt kind of like a dream kinda, it was so much fun.

Lastly I made scrambled eggs on a croissant because I had no bread to make toast. I hope we can do something like this again. :>

This is what my finished product kinda looked like (I didn't take a picture).

  1. Excellent effort with your post and scrambled eggs, Renei!
I'm glad you enjoyed this morning's meeting, it was a lot of fun having you guys on live. We should consider doing this when we're back at school. If not eggs, what else could we make?
I like the descriptions of your classmates and their egg dishes. Did you have a favourite?
We would have loved to see you cooking live. What did you find challenging while you were cooking?

Was it fun doing a google meet with your class while making your breakfast?
Maybe next time you could add the process of how you made your eggs with photos.

  6. Kia Ora Renei,
I like how you have told us what your class mates also made, I really like how you told us you had some special guests.
Maybe next time you could make dinner for your family or even lunch.
This reminded me of when I cooked my family dinner during lock-down.

    Kind Regards Ritchie.
