  1. Kia ora Renei, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey team.

Great job on completing the “Which one doesn’t belong here” activity. You have given lots of examples on why the images are different and obviously put in a lot of effort!

My favourite part about reading your slides was you pointed out certain things that I hadn’t noticed myself. For example, in slide 10, I hadn’t noticed that emoji B has green eyes instead of blue eyes, because I was too focused on that it is the only one wearing a party hat! Good spotting!

Well done for stepping it up and doing your own slide! I think that C is the odd one out, because it has two people instead of one! I wonder what differences other people will notice.

Why did you choose to use anime characters? Do you have a favourite anime that you watch? My favourite anime growing up was Pokemon, because it has so many cool collectable characters.

Well done and I look forward to seeing your future blog posts!

    Ngā mihi,
    Elle (SLJ)

    2. Tēnā koe Renei, you are most welcome and it is wonderful to hear back from you!

That’s so cool that you chose anime because you enjoy it so much! It’s always fun when you get to incorporate your favourite things into the activity you do! Thank you for sharing your favourite anime and character with me, I will definitely check out Haikyuu! Apart from Pokemon, my favourite anime to watch is an older one called “My Neighbour Totoro,” as it has some very sweet characters!

For the SLJ commenting form, it is best to post the link to the comments you’ve made on other people’s blogs, as you can get points for those! Especially if you have started a comment thread with someone on their blog.

Ngā mihi nui and I hope you have a great day!
